Somebody please help me understand flexibility. Am I supposed to be flexible enough that I'm ok with someone no-showing for a scheduled shift? or am I supposed to be flexible enough to allow for no hassle scheduled time off?
I'm good with the no hassle scheduled time off but I've got problems with the no-show. Does that make me millenial unfriendly?
