"Some people stifle their employees — and some make them shine."  In his Harvard Business Review (hbr.org) article, "Bringing Out the Best in Your People," Greg McKeown described types of leaders who are diminishers (who stifle their employees) and those who are multipliers (make them shine)...

Diminishers
