Resources that address these issues are wonderful! I wish centers had a library of resources for teachers. We care-we sure aren't in this career because it pays sooo
well! Put these resources in the break room and set up a way for teachers to check out materials they would like to take home to read on their own time. How many of us spend unpaid time preparing lesson plans, etc.???? We run out of funds to even fill classroom supplies,books,and staples, and construction paper. Budgets are so stretched that this would be a dream come true!

I read your recent list of "trainings teachers need" with interest and then with dismay. Two areas of training not listed among the top selections, by the teachers surveyed are in fact two areas in which most teachers admit to not having sufficient understanding, training, or support - working with children with special needs and their families and providing a supportive environment for diversity and tolerance. Since I teach classes and offer workshops in both of those areas my experience supports the need for additional skills in those areas. lg

As a men in early childhood and in my knowledge early childhood teachers
should have the trainings ( inner sense ) on Morality to child , affection to
the children , Good rapport with children , community relation , sense of play
for the children , making proper environment for the children .

Since challenging behaviors tend to top everyone's list of issues, I would suggest that you publish more information about the Pyramid Model or a "systems" approach. there is no such thing as a "quick fix." Solving and preventing challenging behaviors begins with relationships, but includes the environment, curriculum, teaching social skills, and then having a plan to support the small # of kids who need real intervention. This is the kind of training that teachers REALLY need!
